Operations Service Manager

What we’re looking for:

• Telecom profile with background in field operations
• Able to lean fast new technologies
• Experience in project management
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure

What you’ll be doing:

• Manages the contractual relationship with Orange Romania’s strategic partners
• Analyzes and reports the operations performed by the partners, including contractors, manufacturers, Orange internal entities
• Proposes and implements processes in order to streamline operations, to increase the quality of the network, respectively the experience of Orange customers, to streamline costs
• Participates in the preparation, respectively updating the contracts by analyzing the volumes and statistical data
• Manages contracts ensuring that partners deliver according to requirements
• Defines, updates  KPI, PI, SLA and OLA in relationships with partners, contractors or producers, taking into account the requirements of all technical teams and is in charge with monitoring these indicators
• Defines and updates operational processes
• Monitors the processes associated with the contract / project, including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Preventive Maintenance, Site Access
• Provides support in defining technical specifications for new projects / contracts (including network upgrade)
• Interacts with operational teams requesting the allocation of resources for the implementation of the contract / project.

What you need to know/have:

• Telecommunications Degree
• Excellent English
• Project Management skills
• Very good knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G architecture
