You know us and you know what we do, now it’s time for us to know you. We are in the lookout for a new colleague, flexible and motivated, that can help us from a Claims & Operation Support role.
KEY OUTPUTS:
Supports the following:
- tied agents and clients within the sale, billing and policy administration processes;
- reporting and complaints processes;
- policies renewal process;
- non-life claims handling knowledge activities.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Data operations skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Create and keep deadlines;
- Work with data;
- Identify and solve problems;
- Property and Liability claims policies/operations.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in NON-LIFE claims handling and/or operations;
- Operations experience for Property (Retail), Liability retail & SME;
- Dealing with TPAs;
- Dealing with internal systems and reporting processes.
COMPETENCIES:
- Planning and organizing;
- Attention to details;
- Great socializing and professional speaking;
- Multitasking;
- Team worker;
- Proactive attitude;
QUALIFICATION:
- Academic background;
- Fluent in English.
