Operations Support

You know us and you know what we do, now it’s time for us to know you. We are in the lookout for a new colleague, flexible and motivated, that can help us from a Claims & Operation Support role.

KEY OUTPUTS:

Supports the following:

• tied agents and clients within the sale, billing and policy administration processes;
• reporting and complaints processes;
• policies renewal process;
• non-life claims handling knowledge activities.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Data operations skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Create and keep deadlines;
• Work with data;
• Identify and solve problems;
• Property and Liability claims policies/operations.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in NON-LIFE claims handling and/or operations;
• Operations experience for Property (Retail), Liability retail & SME;
• Dealing with TPAs;
• Dealing with internal systems and reporting processes.

COMPETENCIES:

• Planning and organizing;
• Attention to details;
• Great socializing and professional speaking;
• Multitasking;
• Team worker;
• Proactive attitude;

QUALIFICATION:

• Academic background;
• Fluent in English.
