Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a professional, who covers all employee related responsibilities for our employees in Romania (approx 60). As a part of Central and Eastern Europe HR team, HR Generalist reports directly to HR Director located in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering HR support for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, HR documentation, changes in employment, etc.)
- Encourage and maintain positive employee relations
- Having monthly meetings with the discipline leaders;
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies;
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation;
- Promote HR programs
- Support the annual and mid-year employee performance reviews;
- Keep employees motivated, integrated and identifying with the company and identify future staffing needs.
- Implement new solutions developed in HR
- Prepare of reports and summaries for the needs of business and HR
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years HR related work experience
- Deep understanding of Labor Law
- Very good English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of modern HR tools and systems (SAP HR module, preferably Success Factors would be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to details
- Proactivity, creativity and focus on seeking solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
