Main responsibilities:

Implementation of strategic implementations of process, infrastructure and operational optimization programs and projects included in the portfolio of regional and local OPS projects;
Preparation of the budget of ongoing programs and projects;
Plan the resources necessary for the implementation of programs and project resources;
Managing the project group for timely implementation of projects (including more than 25 people);
Development of short- and long-term project plans (including over years);
Budgetary management of ongoing projects;
Cooperation with suppliers and co-operators within the framework of ongoing programs and projects;
Cooperation with other departments of the company and EU support functions to carry out ongoing projects and substantive support of the second projects carried out in the organization;
Reporting before the Project Board the progress of your projects;
Design and oversee a long-term infrastructure investment program, implement architectural applications, and increase operational process efficiency;
Develop and implement project management strategies across your organization.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Self-implementation of at least 2 projects/initiatives;
Knowledge of warehouse and courier processes;
Experience in project management, process engineering, transport, logistics);
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project) and ops applications;
Experience in the implementation of large projects;
Team management experience;
Communicative, creativity, analytical thinking, ability to plan and organize your own and your team's work
Driver's License cat. B;
Fluent in romanian and advanced in english.
