Optic Network Engineer

Responsibilities :

Responsibe for WDM equipment delivery;
In charge with WDM equipment power commissioning;
Will ensure WDM service creation and SDH service creation;
Provide technical expertise for services testing for field engineers teams;
Responsible with communication with customer;
Perform WDM equipment troubleshooting;
Peform WDM equipment software upgrades.

Ideal candidate :

Diploma in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or 1 year practical experience in planning or/and deploying WDM networks;
Knowledge of WDM basic principles;
Knowledge of WDM equipment internal signal flow;
Knowledge of networking technologies such as optical fiber/CWDM/DWDM/ OTN;
Good English and French knowledge mandatory;
Able to travel 50% of time in EU.
