Optical Engineering

We want you to be part of our partner`s Global Network Operations Center and collaborate within diverse and multinational teams.

What you will do:

- Prepare the customer quotation using the list of commercial items identified by the specific customer engineers;

- Access to the design prepared by the customer engineers for the specific customer/project , to gather all data and reports needed to build the customer documentation agreed in the customer contract and handover by the client's customer front-end engineer;

- Review and updated customer input data with the result of the design;

- Prepare and updated deployment documentation with the result of the design;

- Access to the design prepared by the customer engineers for the specific customer/project , to update it with new network information;

  What skills you need to have?

- Telecommunication carrier architecture with particular focus on optics transport

- Knowledge of  WDM products (PSS family), features and installation guidelines (advanced) and optics networks design tool (EPT): design basic concepts and report gathering to reuse in customer documentation templates.

- Office tools: mainly Excel (advanced) , Power Point, Word

- Language skills: English (Mandatory), Italian, Spanish, French, German (at least one preferred)
