What we’re looking for:

Fusion OBS Project consists in preparing, deploying and maintaining the Oracle ERP Cloud solution, in line with the overall Orange Group ERP strategy, with an end-to-end functional scope starting from order intake along to the financial reporting, across the whole OBS division. 

As Oracle Fusion Sales-to-Cash Consultant you will contribute to configuring/producing features, configuration/set-up, data objects, reports and interfaces configuring/producing features, reports, and interfaces in the scope of the domains: Customer data management, Subscription Management, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection, Closing operations for Sales-to-Cash.

What you’ll be doing:

• working hand in hand with the team’s Business Leads and other solution experts
• configure the solution (OM, OSS, AR, SLA, GL) and delivers reports and interfaces owned by the domain, in order to address submitted use cases, along the adoption of the ERP;
• use own experience and other experts in the Group to promote the adoption of standard, smooth and streamlined processes;
• issuing the general specifications and validation of the interfaces and complex reports required in the domain;
• detect, report and follow-up the application defects toward the application provider for the domain (Service Requests);
• document and follow-up request for changes toward the editor (Enhancement Requests), and defines work arounds when critical and possible
• maintain the on-line help guiding the use of the application, and provides support for user issues submitted to the domain
• assist key users in testing and UAT, persuading them to adopt the proposed solutions
• upon application upgrades: assess  and test  new features released and perform  regression testing
• contribute to the data migration for the objects owned by the domain
• transfer the knowledge to domain’s internal staff in charge of the solution

What you need to know/have:

• Expert in the features and the data model of following modules/engines of Oracle Order-to-Cash applications, if possible in the Cloud version: Sales, Subscription Service, Order Management, Accounts Receivables, AutoAccounting, eTax, SLA and General Ledger (minimum 5 years)
• Implementation Specialist certifications on the Oracle Financial Cloud GL, Receivables or  Oracle Order Management will be a plus
• Successful experience around order-to-cash, either on business side, either on solution side,  
• Great team spirit. Autonomous and comfortable with iterative work approach.
• Very good communication skills: listens carefully; asks appropriate questions to obtain clear understanding of details required for each assignment, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Motivated and driven – to focus and direct their energy and efforts towards achieving success  
• Own process design skills; knows how to apply process analysis and design tools and techniques and project management knowledge
• Fluency in English, French should be a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science
