Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Perform End-to-End execution of Customer Orders within South Balkans region.

You are responsible for

• Handling all activities related to order intake, customer order processing, warehouse and carrier communication
• Tracking order status end-to-end (order receipt – goods delivery – customer invoice)
• Being key contact point for customer operations/logistics and offering all necessary information to customer orders
• Arranging deliveries, truck utilization management, communication with warehouse and carrier.
• Handling customer claims
• Tracking customer performance
• Management of financial documents in cooperation with controller

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Middle or Higher level of education
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, Excel) are mandatory, user experience SAP would be preferrednbsp;nbsp; 
• Upper intermediate level of English and fluent Bulgarian
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, with attention to details
• Organization and planning skills
• Problem solving attitude
