What is Order Management?

In a nutshell, order management is all about keeping track of orders and managing the people, processes, and partnerships required to fill them. It involves keeping track of the order itself and managing data around the customer. It also involves tracking whether you have the inventory to fill orders, managing data around the vendors who are going to help you keep the inventory on hand to do that, getting the order to the customer, and so on. The order management process includes three steps: Order Placement, Fulfillment, Inventory management.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor Degree finished
• Advanced level of English (min B2) and French/German
• Dynamic and communicative
• Self-Motivated person, with a positive attitude
• Flexible and eager to learn new things
• Good communication & interpersonal skills & organizational skills
• Flexibility and teaming skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
