Willing to develop your career as an Order Management Associate with Dutch?
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational support to the Customer by processing all order management requests received from the Customer in a timely manner and according tot the Customer’s instructions/procedures.
- Performs back office activities such as quote and order processing
- Assures check and balance function, business controls and audit compliance in order to secure client’ s financials. Assures compliance with the client’s standards of business conduct
- Uses Customer’s internal tools
- Meets customer’s expectations/targets/Key performance indicators
- Ensures that processes are optimized and that knowledge is transferred to all involved parties at the interfaces to other functions
- Analyzes processes and business cases in order to provide solutions for improvement
Qualifications:
- University graduate
- Preferable previous work experience in Order management, Customer Service
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Computer literate – particularly Microsoft Package (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, IE, etc.)
- SAP know-how will be considered a plus
- Organizational and inter personal skills
- Strong team player
