Packaging Controller

OVERVIEW: The Packaging Controller is responsible for right level of packaging stocks and ensures the on-time availability needed for manufacturing operations.

Key Activities:

• Issue orders to customers for returnable packaging
• Control transport documents and perform their reception using the ERP system
• Check the accuracy of the packaging units received from suppliers
• Organize and operate in the ERP system the shipment of returnable packaging to suppliers
• Follow the accuracy of the transactions performed in the system
• Ensure the stock of packaging necessary for production and deliveries
• Carry out the periodic and year-end inventory for returnable packaging and reconcile, both internally and with their owners, any discrepancies
• Implement the company's procedures and policies in the field of quality assurance
• Prepare regular reports

Desired Profile:

• University degree
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of PC operating (Microsoft Office package)
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
