• Support the Advanced Purchasing team to fulfill the project targets in regards to planning and steering of raw material and component acquisitions;
• Offer support in carrying out supplier evaluation to focus on the best suppliers and improve the current supplier base;
• Follow-up on supplier and material status;
• Manage the communication with the suppliers regarding the status of the project;
• Ensure the maintenance of common drives and files.
  
  Essential Skills/Qualifications
• Student in the field of industrial engineering or business economics or comparable
• Confident in handling the MS Office programs
• Very good knowledge of English

Continental Sibiu: Continental Sibiu annually manufactures approximately 33 million electronic control units. The products developed, tested and manufactured in Sibiu include intelligent braking systems, driving assist systems or acceleration pedals that limit the speed in case an obstacle is detected. In present, Continental Sibiu has approximately 4500employees. Together, they combine their knowledge in software and hardware development, design and simulation experience, innovation in artificial intelligence, big data and production processes.
