Panel coordinator

The position is  temporary - 1 year contract

We currently look for one new colleague with:

• 3 - 4 years of applicable experience in online market research, advertising agency, digital marketing or complex project management
• Advanced English language skills
• Word, Excel and Power Point advanced level, for managing and manipulating databases
• HTML - beginner level
• Good problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Customer orientated approach

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the continuous creation and management of the proprietary panels;
• Establish, together with the Ipsos research teams, the strategy and plan the panels accordingly;
• Manages the budget of the panels for the entire contractual period and ensures that all activities requested by the client are budgeted;
• Configure the panels:
  • Develop customized websites - website branding, create legal documents, award rules, manage translations, build member stimulation program, test webists before delivery, to ensure quality;
  • Recruit panel members and build databases (recruit, build profiles and track performance);
• Communicates with panel members through panel mailboxes and manages unsent emails;
• Manages the incentives / prizes offered to the panelists;
• Monitors the performance indicators of the panels on a monthly basis;
• Carries out quantitative and qualitative activities:
  • Quantitative activities: research management, sampling, translation management, deliverable management, research reporting;
  • Qualitative activities: management of discussion forums, chats and blogs, sampling, translation management, deliverable management, research reporting

Working schedule:
9 AM – 6 PM RO Time or 4 PM - 1 AM RO Time
