Partner & Platform Support Advisor

We are looking for a Partner and Platform Support Advisor for our  IT Team in Targu Mures

Your mission is:

• To participate directly with our Partners when they require assistance with their integration and help internal users of our web interfaces.

Your role involves:

• Resolving Partner and internal user-raised support cases using our incident management tool;
• Provide functional or technical assistance and guidance where required;
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with various areas and levels of the organization;
• Monitor availability of WebBed’s Platforms to maintain a consistent awareness of current performance.

What we need from you

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; 
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities;
• Passion for technology combined with superb communication skills in a customer oriented way;
• Knowledge of SQL and XML, desirable.
