Partner support specialist

We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist for our office in Targu Mures

If you speak English fluently and you are interested to work in a multinational company, then we have what you are looking for.

Your mission is:

• To interact with customers and suppliers by phone and email to provide and process information in response to their requests, questions and concerns about our products and services.

Your role involves:

• Solving supplier queries and relocations requests.
• Proactive negotiation of booking disputes with suppliers or hotels as required to obtain the best possible outcome.
• Provide suitable alternatives when required and offer detailed information to customers and agents.

What we need from you

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any other language is a plus;
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• High accuracy and attention to detail;
• Initiative to achieve the best results;
• "Can do" approach.
