• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years accounting/payroll experience
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities / Accomplishments
• Statutory payroll
• HR activities coordination
• Payroll consultancy for clients
• Specifics reports
• Automatization as per client’s request
• Customization of the reports for each client according to their needs
• Collective Labor Contracts review and update
• Implementation of new client’s database, when applicable
• Assisting the clients to Labor Inspectorate audit, if the case
• Respect the deadline where work is falling behind schedule
• Identify solutions to problems, opportunities or issues raised
• Maintain excellent working relationships with the team and the client’s representatives
• Providing and interpreting payroll information
• Keeping abreast of changes in payroll regulations and legislation
• Other projects as assigned from time to time by supervisor
