We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to manage and process the company’s payroll with accuracy, in a trustful and timely manner, a person able to communicate and interact with different departments and colleagues.

Main Accountabilities:
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system
- Responsible for the accurate entry / review of payroll data in the payroll software (SAGA)
- Work closely with HR, Finance, to ensure correctness of data
- End to end monthly payroll processing and preparing all monthly payroll forms
- Introducing relevant data into the REVISAL system and other HR administration activities
- Calculation, registration and declaration of the contributions to the state budget
- Generating internal reports at request
- Checking and processing the presence sheet
- Registering in the ERP system of all additional documents/ decisions as well as documents issued during the employment of the employees;
- Offering support to employees with regards to their benefits, employment status and other Human Resources & Payroll matters, including salary certificates for bank, credits, retirement, medical, etc.
- Updating the internal processes and procedures of the internal regulations and the collective labor agreement
- Other ad-hoc requests
Key Strengths:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Previous accounting or finance experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detail – oriented
- Result driven and ability to solve problem
- Strongly analytical with commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent computer skills (. MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in an environment with multiple tasks, including prioritizing and swapping numerous requests at the same time, often given tight deadlines and changes that occur in a brisk
