We are looking for a junior Payroll Customer Support Consultant to join our CS Team UCMS HR Solutions by AROBS.

Part of the job description:
- Takes over, schedules for solving and resolves the requests received from clients at a qualitative level and within the terms provided in the contract or in the internal regulations of UCMS;
- Follows, together with the colleagues in the department the legal changes and establishes the necessary solutions for the application of the respective changes.
- Manages the change requests (from clients) and distributes them to the developers;
- Tests new versions of applications, brings improvements to existing applications and develops new modules and/or applications;
- Updates the application support manual;
- Collaborates with Sales department regarding all changes, modifications and other applications requests that come from the client;
- Elaborates and sends periodic information to the clients regarding the legal changes and improvements of the application;
- Maintains the database updated;
- Occasionally conducts training for users;
- Occasionally performs activities to implement applications;
- Occasionally performs consulting activities at the client's premises;
Criteria:
- English language – medium level;
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of personnel management and payroll as far as it affects the applications - advanced level and required;
- Knowledge of software applications in order to ensure the support - good to have;
Studies:
- Basic: University Degree (preferably technical and/or economical studies);
- Specialized: not a must, but is an advantage;
Training courses and knowledge regarding the tasks execution:
- MS-Office applications knowledge – text editing, spreadsheet (Word and Excel);
- Minimum knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience:
- Some experience in the same field, as Customer Support or Payroll Consultant is needed;
- Motivation for consulting, customer orientation and payroll knowledge, are important :);
Skills:
- Written and spoken communication skills both with the client and the colleagues from the team;
- Capacity of analysis , planning and following until the end of a request or a legislative amendment;
- Team work;
- Resistance in case of short deadlines;
- Client orientation and focus on the best solutions;
- Pro-active attitude.
