Position Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and support tasks for Windows based PCs / laptops and related peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), phones and networking equipment;
- On-site and off-site (using remote control tools) technical support for end-users;
- Configure, install, and support hardware and software for desktops and laptops;
- Assist and collaborate with others to develop and implement network, application and systems plans;
- Able to occasionally perform system maintenance and upgrades before/after office hours and on weekends;
- Detects, prioritizes, and responds appropriately to service performance and availability issues regarding computer systems;
- Responsible for basic telecommunication issues resolution and support for end-users.
- Provide technical trainings when needed for non-technical and technical staff.
- Positive communication attitude towards all staff.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the use, installation, support, and troubleshooting of desktop, laptops, Intel based servers and other computer peripherals;
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Proven proficiency with Windows Serverand 10 Workstation and other Microsoft applications; (Active Directory, DNS, File & Print Server)
Work Attitude and Aptitudes:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent or student in final years;
- Flexible and able to work in high stress situations;
- Customer service orientated;
- Communicative and diplomatic;
- Able to work early, late or non-working days, according to job requirements and responsibilities;
- Team player, open minded, initiative driven.

- Excellent command of English language;
- Excellent networking skills.
