ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR analytics solutions, with emphasis on the Talent Acquisition Dashboard, understanding the HR processed to be able to identify areas of improvement and presenting findings and making recommendations on what and how it can be improved.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Provide insights into strengths and opportunities within the processes and practices of the HR community
- Competent in the selection and application of appropriate statistic and modelling techniques for BAT’s global population
- Provides objective analysis to support data interpretation and has a key role in managing the expectation of possible data outputs and insights into performance measures
- Contribute to machine learning capabilities and solutions for HR
- Researches externally & internally what new solutions, tools and capabilities can be adopted by the People Analytics (POA) team to become more streamlined, efficient and innovative
- Integrates new innovative solutions into existing POA deliverables
- Define, design and develop business-relevant Talent dashboards and reporting metrics
- Perform functional benchmarking analyses and reporting to support global and regional needs
- Trains and educates stakeholders capability on understanding and interpreting Talent & OE data / insights
- Correlates findings with the application data of recruitment candidates (source, demographics, tests)
- Support the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) with data insights regarding employer brand attractiveness, career site, candidate journey and recruiting performance
- Designs and implements tools, measures, visualisations and frameworks that optimise the adoption of a data driven HR culture and insight driven decision making within BAT
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University Degree, preferably a Technical Education background
- 3 years working experiences in similar field or reporting role
- Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
- Significant work on cross functional projects
- Adaptable to learn new process, concepts and skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI or any other BI tool equivalent
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to translate big amounts of data into insights and business value
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Very good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organisation and within multiple functions
BENEFICIAL
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, SAP Talent and a master data quality management process is an advantage
- Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query
- Alteryx Designer or Dataiku experience
- SQL and/or Python coding ability
