People & Change Senior Consultant

Requirements:

We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• +4 years of experience in HR
• Solid understanding of and practical experience with a wide range of HR processes, preferably gained in a multinational environment (Recruitment, OD, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Transformation, etc.)
• Experience with Culture & change management programs is a plus
• HR Consulting or HR Business Partner background is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities, both in Romanian and English
• Experience in handling multiple projects at a time, and excellent project management skills
• Positive, confident, results and solutions oriented, proactive, can-do attitude
• Fast learner
• HR professional qualifications are considered an advantage
