Performance Analyst

Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel stations. In Romania, the company operates over 922 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Rompetrol Partner stations, Expres mobile stations and Fill & Go Fixed Unit tanks of 9 and 20 cubic meters. More than gas stations, Rompetrol stations are designed as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the more than 120 Hey restaurants in the network.

Your new role: Participate in management reporting, investment appraisals, budgeting and controlling activities.

Activities going to help you shine:
•    Participate in short, medium and long term planning process;
•    Participate in actual vs. plan variance analysis;
•    Participate in the implementation of Business Intelligences tools and maintaining the existing ones;
•    Actual vs. budget OPEX analysis and monitoring of OPEX overruns;
•    Draft other ad-hoc reports/activities in order to support managerial decisions.

The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Finance and Accounting);
•    Experience in finance/accounting/controlling/reporting will be a plus;
•    Advanced Excel knowledge;
•    SAP BPC knowledge will be a plus;
•    Good English language skills;
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze data from a wide range of sources;
•    Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex analysis;
•    Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
