Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements:

- Knowledge of PHP (+10 years experience) and architecture;
- Knowledge of front-end technologies;
- Previous experience creating scalable applications;
- Familiarity with MySQL databases;
- Ability to project manage;
- Good problem-solving skills.

Responsabilities:

- Conducting analysis of website and application requirements;
- Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules;
- Developing back-end portals with an optimized database;
- Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications;
- Updating and altering application features to enhance performance;
- Part of a 12 engineers team that works for a loyalty platform for their most engaged users.
