Planner

Key responsibilities:

• Makes orders for the supply of raw materials in order to complete the production plan,
• Makes  forecasting  for raw materials;
• Converts the customer orders in  production orders;
• Creates production master plan, incorporating the priorities given by the customer, while aiming to achieve on time deliveries as requested by the customers and high production efficiency;
• Checks the availability of all necessary resources (materials and people), in order to ensure continuous production ;
• Monitors the production evolution in order to assure delivery targets are achieved;
• Communicates daily the production schedule and changes with their impact to operations and proactively supports in solving the upcoming issues ;
• Anticipates typical production trends and suggests new approaches for increasing efficiency.
• Makes the periodic inventory of raw materials and annual inventory.

Reporting Relationships:

The Planner  will report to the Team Leader Planning.

Desired skills & Experience:

• University degree in a technical or economics area;
• Any type of certification in production planning  would be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning;
• We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
• Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
• Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
• Computer skills : (MS Office),  SAP program;
• Excellent English knowledge language (writing and speaking).
