Planning&Reporting Coordinator

Gathering, analyzing and reporting production data results on a daily-weekly-monthly basis for Dragon plant and consolidating the information for Dragon plant;

Month end closing according to MU calendar (MOH FIX closing);
Maintenance of the functionality of SAP System by acquiring and updating the product formulas in order to reflect the latest info about products and be capable to provide data about daily actions.
Responsible to gather, analyze and report plant’s performance regarding Dragon plant on a daily-weekly-monthly basis of line efficiency KPI’s;
Responsible for month closing reporting (MOH FIX closing) and frequent follow-up with plants budget holders in order to ensure proper cost control;
Plant Cost and Productivities reporting to Region/Sector according to PepsiCo’s;
Analyze and report Plant COMM performance on a monthly bases and when requested by the company (COC, COMM REPORT, OPS Scorecard, etc) Building AOP FMOH, VMOH and Dc cost files;
Liaise with Beverages Plants departments regarding Cost optimization initiatives;
SAP and Formulas Management: Responsible about the maintenance of the functionality of SAP System. This task is accomplished by acquiring and updating the product formulas. This update must reflect the latest info about products and must be capable to provide data about daily actions.

University degree in Math (Polytehnics/Academy of Economic Studies)
2 years experience in a similar job
WizRom and Priority systems knowledge
Very good Microsoft Office and other related tools (Excel)
Good communication skills

Developing and managing own agenda In-depth understanding of Production and at the same time Supply Chain processes.
