Indirect Materials & Services Purchasing Department

Your Activities:

— Build, maintain and manage good communication with indirect materials and services suppliers (fixed assets,spare parts, construction, services etc.) in order to optimize the acquisition process;

— Ensure continuous supply of goods and services according business needs;

— Evaluate market risks, trends & opportunities in your field of responsibilities;

— Evaluate supplier performance;

— Be the main interface between supplier and internal customer;

— Prepare and Lead contract negotiation, improve prices, and terms of business with suppliers;

— Ensure compliance & company policies and conduct guideline and purchasing procedures;

— Deliver reports and analysis when required.

Your Prerequisites:

— University degree;

— Relevant experience in MRO acquisition is an advantage;

— Fluent in English (German is an advantage);

— Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

— Excellent communication and problem solving skills;

— Strong knowledge of negotiating techniques and basic technical knowledge;

— Contract management and supplier experience is an advantage.
