For our plant in Braila, we are looking to recruit:

Plant Controller

Responsible for:

• Preparation of annual budget, monthly and weekly forecast;
• Analyze the variances of actual costs reported to budget/ forecast assumptions;
• Analysis of the performance od cost /profit centers;
• Reports supporting the monthly close process and month end balances;
• Preparation of monthly forecast incorporating historical results and future assumptions;
• Implementation, documentation and maintenance of the adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting;
• Maintain strong collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in order to provide clear picture of company's performance;
• Provide & sustain reports to headquarters;

Education:

• University degree in Economics

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in the accounting and finance
• 3+ years of experience working as a controller / financial analyst
• Previous experience in manufacturing industry would represent strong advantage
• Very good knowledgeof Romanian legislation, International Accounting Standards, IFRS.
