PLANT Controlling Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Coordinating one region, to the company group level: SAF, SAM, China or Europe, Middle East, North Africa;
-Contact person for plant controllers of one region, regarding all controlling tasks of the respective plants;
- Responsible for selected plants, regarding reporting and planning activities;
- Interface for Central Plant Controlling department to plant controllers of a certain region, regarding the following: Reporting, KROSY, SAP, MSTR (BI tool);
- Developments of controlling standards in the plants, in accordance with requirements from headquarter
- Training of controllers in the plants.

YOUR STRENGTHS:

University degree with the focus on finance or commercial education
Experience in controlling or finance area
Experience in reporting in an international acting company is beneficial
Abilities for analyzing information and evaluating results and solve problems;
Strong communication skills: providing proper and in good time information to supervisors and co-workers (by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person)
Capacity to teamwork
Advanced level of English language (speaking, reading and writing) – additional language is advantageous
PC-knowledge on professional user level (MS Office, SAP)
Independent, structured and analytical attitude
Diligence, timeliness
Willingness to travel as job requires
