Plant Maintenance Process Consultant

For our global transformation project by the name of Synapsis, we are on the lookout for a Maintenance Process Consultant, colleague who will be part of the EMEA 2 rollout team and whose main responsibility will revolve around assuring the implementation and use of the Synapsis global template and processes (. Maintenance) in the rollout site. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare system for FIT/GAP phase –customizing / data, prepare FIT/GAP phase and execute FIT/GAP workshops and document results; 

• Act as internal and external contact person (. for the extended MAI rollout team,  etc.) within his/her own area of expertise (. MAI); cooperate in internal working groups (. gap decision meetings); 

• Conduct development analyses and analyze implementation options with the involved units;

• Supporting activities related to Integration and User Acceptance Test;

• Support training material creation, identify change management measures;  

• Perform deployment and go live activities; 

• Ensure cross-functional integration with the related work-packages and cover functional and customizing topics; 

• Execute hypercare phase, is responsible for know-how transfer to Process Partners and also involved in handover tun RUN-Organization. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree within the related process area preferred; 

• Strong Experiences within Maintenance Processes; 

• SAP PM Knowledge, Transactions, Data Objects, Documents, Usage of SAP; 

• Strong Project Management Skills, ideally gained within IT or SAP Projects; 

• 3 – 5 Years Working Experience in a similar position; 

• English - advanced level; 

• Automotive industry background a plus.
