Plant Manager

Our company expertly combines the latest technology with expertise accumulated through over 60 years of experience and dynamic innovation. We manufacture vehicles and equipment designed to fit the needs of people with disabilities and conveyor belts (conveyor / conveyor belt systems) for industrial purpose addressing clients that want more automation in their production process.

We are looking for a Plant Manager who will have the opportunity to start this project from scratch. He will have a great responsibility in the management of the start-up, planning, coordinating and optimize the production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technician / master (or comparable practical training)
• Several years of experience in sheet metal, steel or plant construction
• Profound knowledge in the field of steel welding
• Experience in quality management
• Experience in leading teams of more than 50 employees
• Advanced level of english; german language is a plus, but not mandatory;
• Advanced knowledge of MS. Excel;
• Good knoledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, 5S, ERP;
• We are looking for a ''hands on experience'' kind of leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsible manager of a production site with about 50 employees;
• Organize, control and monitor the production processes in terms of quality, costs, delivery date;
• Leading, scheduling, motivating and developing employees;
• Planning and control of all processes and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations;
• Continuous improvement of the production process;
• Ensuring economic business management based on the corresponding key figures;
