• Experience and know how to implement product and process changes and provides support in improve activities from production process.

• Is the interface between the development team and the plant when it comes to product and process changes.

• Will assume the role of "Serial Life Manager".

• Coordinates local team in Plant (in his area of responsibility).

• Active involvement in serial production.

• Coordination of product related activities, especially the Product Maintenance, Change Management, Non-conformance activities.

• For major HW changes or for new generation of product he/she reports the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set.

• Leads the preparation activities for Phase out of product out of serial production.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods, tools and contacts of project managers.

• Production technology, processes and test/inspection steps knowledge (SMT, THT, ICT, FA), including database - MES, Pulse, MPM, etc.

• Basic technical product knowledge (HW, SW, Mechanical Design, functionality).

• Process Development know-how / Production Process Development know-how.

• Understands processes and support the implementation and conclusion of activities during project.

• Test Coverage Analysis: Safe Launch; Line Release; APQP; PPA.
