Plant Support Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for a Plant Support Engineer with problem solving skills to work in our collaborative team environment.

Plant Support Engineer’s responsibilities includes collaboration with the production department in solving the process issues, with training department for training operators and with quality department for product audit.

You’ll be the part of our Engineering community and will report to the Plant Support Lead Engineer.

Your Role

• Reviewing, updating and improving the production process / launch new products;
• Analyze and implement engineering change letters received from the customer;
• Prepare and implement work instructions for each process;
• Provides to production and other departments correct documentation;
• Provides support to production and quality departments in solving problems;
• Reporting project status in terms of timing, improvements and innovations activities;
• Ensure monitoring of the projects and the quality assurance in accordance with the customer specification;
• Participate in project team meetings and meetings of joint project analysis with other departments;
• Instruct, guide and monitor the work of technicians.

Your Background

• Bachelor/Master’s degree - technical field
• Relevant professional experience in series production and / or production planning and launch of new products in Automotive Industry
• Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Good PC knowledge - MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage
• English advanced knowledge is a must; German - an advantage
• Increased capacity of technical analysis
• Ability to coordinate a team of technicians
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and team working spirit
• Good communication skills, self-educated and self-motivated
• Availability to travel internal and abroad
