We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Policy Administration Officer who will become part of our team in the EH Romania - Bucharest office and you will assess and underwrite credit applications related to international trade transactions, conduct financial and qualitative analyses, appraise transactional risks. You will develop and manage relations with internal customers. Next to the underwriting tasks, you will be presented with the opportunity to work on a variety of in-house projects.

  • Perform bank accounts reconciliations in order to ensure all bank transaction were correctly and timely transposed into SAP
  • Allocate incoming payments based on the details provided by the customer
  • Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in EH
  • Facilitate payments to customers/ brokers
  • Perform clearing on customer accounts
  • Informing the customers of the failures in collecting the payments from their accounts via Direct Debit
  • Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
  • Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
  • Active participation to the Continuous Improvement project
  • Active participation in harmonizing the processes with the other regions
  • Implementing new controls in order to assure an accurate monitoring of the processes performed
  • Internal procedures updates

We will be pleased to welcome you in our team, if you have:

* Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
* Experience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounting of Finance would be a plus
* Knowledge of accounting processes
* Knowledge of IT systems:
-SAP
-Excel-medium level
* Knowledge of English: medium level of English
Business expertise:
* Experience in AR, AP, Finance 1 to 3 years
Interpersonal skills:
* Problem solving skills

* Analytical / numerical skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and in changing environment
* Able to work autonomously
