For our client, a multinational company from FMCG, we are looking for enthusiastic people that are eager to develop their career in a professional environment.

The Role: the main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Leads deployment in markets of cluster strategic communication or commercial projects, by collaborating with all needed cluster and market functions. Secures strong collaboration with Trade Marketing team in markets to deliver cluster project
  • Ensures correct and timely landing of regional strategic campaigns in key customers by coordinating with local teams in charge of execution
  • Develop and support deployment of marketing plan and activity calendar for the market (strategic territories, launches and promotion plans) regarding strategy, guidelines & customer needs
  • Is the project leader of its activities that start with internal (logistics, design, communication, merchandising, promotions,) briefing and even external briefing to agency when required
  • Responsible to manage over/underspending/ reallocation of budget and to give internal visibility on the required timings. Responsible for co-management of budget and has visibility on regular monitoring done by markets
  • Responsible for the definition of promotional plans from strategic choices to market/ channel landing. Is first level of approval for market promotional plan
  • Regularly monitor the entire process of promotion, starting from planning, through logistic service, market implementation to preparing template of analysis of promo effectiveness to be filled in by markets. Based on the deep understanding of relevant analysis recommends optimal promo strategies
  • In charge with pricing activity at cluster level
  • Define the quantitative and qualitative objectives of growth per range in collaboration with digital marketing & sales team regarding strategic requirement
  • Play a central role within the Portfolio Management Review
  • Look for consistency between the sales channels
  • Ensure consistency on the brand regarding marketing levers (portfolio, promotion, pricing & communication)
  • Share knowledge on markets needs so that they help to build activities
  • Closely works with Digital lead to ensure recruitment journey is landed in offline channels/ all markets to support volume growth

 

The Person: the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and attributes:

  • University degree, preferably Economics background
  • Marketing/sales experience min. 5 year with digital marketing prior exposure is a plus
  • Proven track record of Project Management with cross-function/ cross market teams
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Computer literacy: advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excels
  • Strong communication, collaboration, networking skills, independence, reliability
  • Sense of urgency, punctuality
  • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with high regard for integrity
  • Ability to receive candid feedback and quickly make appropriate changes to improve performance
  • Intercultural adaptability and sensitivity
