PR and Marketing Officer

Pavel, Margarit and Associates Romanian Law Firm is currently seeking for a PR and Marketing Officer for an internal position only with past working experience within law firms

We are looking for a PR and Marketing Officer to join our team. The work will include drafting legal articles in both English and Romanian languages, preparing the submissions for the international rankings and contests (such as Legal500, IFLR1000), preparing the materials for conferences, seminars, keeping the website updated and optimized, filling metadata, market research and intelligence, updating the Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media pages, organizing different activities and events for the firm, keeping contact with the publications, newspapers, sites, and so on. You will also prepare the proposals, update the credentials, discuss with potential clients, etc.
As a PR and Marketing Officer with our firm, you will have well defined objectives, procedures and performance appraisal evaluation.

Experience required:
- Previous experience working with law firms is a must

- over 3 years experience in the field
- excellent writing and communication skills in English
- problem solver, loyalty and dedication, integrity
- a strong client service focus and proper work ethic, good communicator, flexible and adaptable person
- a keen eye on detail
- ability to multi-tasking, meet deadlines and prioritize workload and projects
- ability to exercise independent judgment and to work with and maintain confidential and
sensitive information

- PR and Marketing studies is a plus
