Background & Skills
- A strong interest in understanding client business issues, as well as the technology supporting businesses;
- At least one year experience working in a B2B or B2C Sales Department;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, take initiative and multi-task.
Job Description:
- Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them based on the importance of the client & overall business;
- Set up appointments for the sales team;
- Provide detailed notes and hand over for sales meetings;
- Manage outbound calling to the “warm” leads that were engaged with our content or website;
- Generate new business weekly with high-volume activity, including cold calling and emails;
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly goals and KPIs;
- Support account managers and pre-sales resources in defining and executing on sales opportunities;
- Maintain all client documentation and communication vital to assigned projects;
- Communicate client issues and overall feedback to the sales team in a clear and timely manner.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
