Background & Skills

  • A strong interest in understanding client business issues, as well as the technology supporting businesses;
  • At least one year experience working in a B2B or B2C Sales Department;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, take initiative and multi-task.

Job Description:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them based on the importance of the client & overall business;
  • Set up appointments for the sales team;
  • Provide detailed notes and hand over for sales meetings;
  • Manage outbound calling to the “warm” leads that were engaged with our content or website;
  • Generate new business weekly with high-volume activity, including cold calling and emails;
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly goals and KPIs;
  • Support account managers and pre-sales resources in defining and executing on sales opportunities;
  • Maintain all client documentation and communication vital to assigned projects;
  • Communicate client issues and overall feedback to the sales team in a clear and timely manner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
