Precision and Wheels Senior Supply Planner

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage key components short, medium and long term demand (from Sales Plan to Strategic Plan)
• Cross functional role responsible to articulate from the various assembly plants the demand breaks down signals necessary to flow down to our suppliers and subcontractors (internal and external, such as Compressor Wheels, turbine wheels and Shaft Wheel Assemblies) ensuring demand load balancing across suppliers to ensure proper and timely supply to the assembly plants
• Interact with Supply Base, Garrett´s plants, Strategy and Manufacturing team to build optimal supply load model and business plans enabling the resolution of main constraints
• Take over and improve current state flow down demand process
• Responsible to follow and evaluate for both short and long term demand variation on a monthly basis using sales plan data
• Regular travels to Garrett´s sites to align on future strategy and to understand potential risks/gaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or economics and proven track record in Integrated Supply Chain
• Minimum 4-5 years working experience with MRP, SAP (MM) or ERP systems
• Capacity Management (Asset utilization) and New Product Introduction knowledge
• Experience with leading projects
• Fluent in English, German and French welcomed
