- Market prospecting
- Identifying new potential clients
- Reaching prospects via phone and setting up meetings for sales representatives
- Maintaining client relationship
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Providing information to the clients and potential clients regarding the solution we produce and sell (via phone and Email)
- Accomplishing administrative tasks within the sales department
- Write reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in telesales (consultancy sales)
- Experience in call center or similar jobs
- University degree - Graduate mandatory
- Determined attitude in approaching prospects through “cold calls”
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Persuasive attitude
- Good knowledge of English – spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of PC operations
