Job Details

The Price Admin will be the primary point of contact for SBGs pricing requests that are submitted by Sales Reps, Product Management, Sales Operations, and Customer Service in order to sustain and deliver as soon as possible the prices for final customers. This position will require to handle also pricebook activities monthly (pricebook publication etc.) The activities related to reporting will have the main purpose the present to the management the internal KPIs set up for this job.

Future responsibilities:

  • Manage generic mailbox and resolve all inquiries.
  • Escalate urgent matters to appropriate Product Management and suggest appropriate actions
  • Leverage & develop tools that empower product management teams to assess current product positioning and optimize growth / margins
  • Run reports to ensure pricing is not resulting in sales order delays
  • Partner with the businesses to help drive key NPI pricing programs that deliver significant returns
  • Develop and drive monthly/ quarterly operating rhythm with global and regional product management teams as well as business leadership to optimize pricing across categories and product lines
  • Produce monthly pricebook
  • Create processes and tools to drive pricing accuracy and synchronization across all internal systems
  • Drive rigorous compliance in all businesses
  • Support 6 Sigma drivers and get involved in automation processes
  • Partner with sales and marketing by influencing product mix and ‘share of wallet’ mindset to drive growth and margin profitability

Skills

  • University Degree and Master in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Pricing Activities
  • Strong communications skills, problem solving skills
  • Demonstrable process improvement
  • Fluent English writing & speaking skills to make recommendations and observations with less than complete data
  • Ability to proactively drive business improvements
  • Analytical thinking skills;
  • Excellent written/verbal/oral presentation skills.
  • Able to work with cross-functional team efforts.
  • Advanced skills of operating with Microsoft Package and working with SAP
  • Experience and/or ability to work and navigate in a global environment.
