Principal Cloud Security Architect

The job would take place in Dubai for a minimum of 6 months period with the possibility of extension.

The first month of accommodation and expenses would be paid by the company.


Generic Requirements :

• 5+ Years of Experience in Architecture and Security 
• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT related discipline or equivalent experience. 
• Deep Knowledge of Architecture Methods, Principles and Patterns and expertise with Cloud architectural paradigms (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS)
• Knowledge of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) best practices and guidelines 
• Generalized cloud security certifications such as CCSK or CCSP certifications are preferred
• Specialized cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security, AZ 500 etc
  
  

Core Responsibilities:

• Secure Design including but not just limited to Security Anti-Patterns, Cloud Native Interfacing for Application Suite
• Penetration Testing/Exploitation
• Security Automation using Scripting
• Configuration review and DevSecOps related activities
• Ensuring Data Privacy and Security Requirements are fulfilled

Soft Skills :

• Holistic thinking; must balance security and functionality using practical demonstrable examples
• Superlative written and verbal communication skills; should be able to explain technical observations in an easy to understand the manner
• Act as a Trusted Cloud Security Advisor to drive cloud security architecture for multiple vertical or domains, based on extensive experience while maintaining industry knowledge on the latest trends

• Cloudwatch and cloudtrails
• Cognitive services of Azure and AWS
• Guard rails
• Azure Monitor
• ELK Stack
• WAF, Load balancer and virtual networks in cloud environment
