Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for the ongoing processes and assuring the continuous improvement of the established parameters
• Responsible for applying the legal norms along with the Bosch pre-established ones;
• Responsible for applying the criteria regarding safety regulations at the workplace in his area of intervention or when processes are defined
• Defines and describes the process: creates parameter forms according to test/analysis or according to lead plant of suppliers criteria
• Performs tests, applies knowledge gained throw lessons learned; he keeps all the history of the performed tests into a documentation
• Responsible for preparing necessary documents/obtains process assimilation
• Defines standards for the production line’s processes
• Maintains permanent contact with the international production network
• Follow-ups for process/production parameters and also for the technical cycle of the process
• Make the analysis for the processes’ deviations and finds solutions to minimize their impact   
• Finds improvement ideas for the processes according to the production requests, Bosch regulations, legal regulations and QDC (Quality Delivery and Cost)
• Finds improvement according to analysis done by the team or resulted from client audits
• Maintains contact with suppliers for incoming improvement ideas regarding the process
