PROCESS ENGINEER

FM Logistic Romania is looking for a Process Engineer who will join our team in Dragomiresti site.

Our goal is to move forward together and with that in mind, we strive to enrich your technical and managerial expertise through integration, training and individual development programmes.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Design of new and more efficient operational processes in transport

• Analysis, optimisation and improvement of operational processes within the company

• Support in defining / revising transport parameters, monitoring and reporting them.

• Defining improvement actions and coordinating their implementation within the teams

• Integration of warehouse service with transport service

• Training with users in order to use the platform at maximum capacity

• Evaluation of opportunities and efficiency of new processes.

• Analysis and reporting of functional processes

• Developing the capabilities of managers on the part of Continous Improvement

Qualifications

• technical background with experience in Transport industry

• analytical mind

• good understanding of transport and logistics processes

• willing to travel (up to 50%)

• BluJay experience (desirable)

• Java skills (desirable)

Location: Dragomiresti Vale, Ilfov
