Process Engineer

Job description:

• Bridge person between R&D, Product dept. and Production dept.
• Ensure the introduction of a new product/process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production
• Be in charge of continuous optimization/improvement of the assembly process (time, quality, costs)
• Provide guidance to production employees and show alternate methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems
• Propose needed equipment for a new product or for the process improvement
• Responsible person with Cost of Production Calculation
• Line balancing
• Define and realize working instructions for the assembly process.
• Responsible for workplace ergonomics.
• New equipment validation
• Process validation.
• Check if the equipment on the production line work according to specifications

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• Minimum experience in Automation, Mechanical, Pneumatics;
• Lean experience;
• Conversational level for the English language, German is a plus;
• Excel knowledge;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position;
• CAD knowledge is a plus;
• Open to learn new technologies;
• A good team player;
• Self-responsible, personal motivation.
• Continuous improvement thinking.
