Main Responsibilities:

Establish the process parameters in order to obtain products under quality standards
Conduct the feasibility studies of the processes for new products requested in production
Establish and monitor the quality performance indicators in order to ensure continuous improvement
Responsible for achieving the costs, quality and productivity objectives
Optimize the processes connected with production process and raw materials
Support day to day operations and shop floor improvements as part of the system organization

Major Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry/ Geology/ Metallurgy)
Relevant previous experience in a similar position in a multinational environment
Fluency in English
