What are we looking for?
We are looking for PROCESS MANAGER ( CFS PM) to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
▶The CFS PM works closely with Program Management, customer and other T&T Delivery Organizations
▶Read the contract, MAIA Calculations and solution design
▶Clarify and define the scope of the CFS stream: Processes, Tooling, Security and Access Management, Governance, SSRs and Provider Management.
▶Prepare a project plan based on the contract, master project plan from Program Management and solution design. ▶Prepare a gap analysis and request for additional budget and raises risks in case of deviation
▶Define, forecasts and raises resource request based on the scope
▶Coordinate all project deliverables and project resources
▶Achieve project milestones and ensure that timelines are met
▶Present progress of the CFS Stream in Warrooms and Steeros and customer meetings
▶Prepare weekly status presentation to all defined stakeholders
▶Prepare and report on a weekly and monthly basis project budget reviews, controlling and forecasting
▶Prepare and communicate lessons learnt
▶Ensure closure of T&T and acceptance by the AST and the customer
Key skills:
The Process Manager has the following key-skills:
• Builds long-term relationships with internal colleagues;
• Excellent German and English communication skills (written and oral);
• Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
Experience/Knowledge Essential:
- Proven track record and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and their implementation in large complex environment;
- Strong operational experience in the Management process;
- Understanding of the ITIL best practices;
- Experience in a customer service environment;
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills including interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in GERMAN language. English is a plus.
