Process Optimization Engineer

Position General Info

For one of the biggest Romanian exporters, located in the heart of our country, we are looking for a Process Optimization Engineer that can take the challenge of process optimization to the next level!

Profile

LD (license degree) or MD (master degree) in Engineering

a minimum of two/ three years' experience in the process optimization field or change management, a Kaizen mindset and real passion for intelligent & sustainable motion

Good English Language command spoken, written and technical

Responsibilities

Contributes to the (re)design & implementation & optimization of the technical processes aiming to reduce costs and improve sustainability 

Evaluates manufacturing processes based on key criteria, such as efficiency and speed

Initializes and implements time studies

Initializes and coordinates process simulations

Performs risk assessments

Develops and tests the efficiency of all automatic and manual systems

Develops innovative best practices, routines and solutions to improve production rates and production quality

Contributes, when necessary, to all in-house technical documentation creation related to the process optimization are

Offers support in the implementation of new practices in the production area, together with the Production Team
