Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
- Schedule appropriate training sessions
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
- Train new hires on client support policies as directed by the company
- Train team members on an ongoing basis on changes to the customer’s support policies
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
- Creating and updating the training materials.
- Ensure that the team is trained and that it is consistently applying the training to the daily operations
- Identify improvement opportunities, contribute to planning and execution of improvement plans
Requirements:
- Previous 1-2 years work experience in training people is required
- Great command of English
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Good client management skills with eye for detailing, proactively identifying gaps in processes and flag it to internal leadership & client as appropriate
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach
- Proactive
- Client oriented, flexible, patient
- Precise and accuracy in style
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong planning capacity
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Ability to coach and mentor agents
- Complex problem solving and critical thinking
- Good interpersonal skills
