What should I bring to the table?

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Procurement
• Advanced level of English and Russian
• Bachelor Degree Courses in a relevant field
• Expert level Orientation in Sourcing & Contracts Lifecycle Domain
• Experience in hosting Sourcing Events/ e-Auctions/ Tendering
• Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or Coupa
• Team Handling Experience
• Client oriented, flexible, patient

What will I be trusted with?

• Spot buy – 2 bid / 3 bid and strategic sourcing
• Techno commercial comparison and conclusion
• PR to PO conversion, Operational and Tactical procurement, Supplier contracting including contract redlining and terms negotiation support
• Spend analysis and identification of opportunities for saving, Supplier Identification
• E – auction, RFX Management - RFP event creation, issue, communication and closure
• Supplier and Market analysis
• Preparation of supplier scorecards
• Saving reporting
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation for key accounts.
• Closure of RFQs from customers within Turnaround Time
• Ensure all compliance requirement are met
• Knowledge of do’s and don’ts for ethical sourcing
