Job description:
- Creation of info records
- Management of info records
- Analysis of quality of data
- Build and control the quarterly price evolutions of components
- Management of Purchase Price Variations
- Management of Terms & Conditions discrepancies
- Training of client's new Buyers;
- Master Data management: creation, changes, deletion/reactivation;
- Review purchase requisitions for quality assurance according to the defined process;
- Create purchase orders and dispatch them to the right contacts;
- Build and maintain reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc) as per the business needs;
- Helpdesk support;
- Manage client relationship and ensure client satisfaction by providing timeliness and complete, reliable information;
- Training for new commers;
- Meeting SLAs.
Job requirements:
- University graduate;
- Problem analysis and problem solving;
- SAP system knowledge is an advantage;
- Previous work experience in Procurement is an advantage;
- Good domain knowledge;
- Proficiency in English. French, Spanish, German are an advantage;
- PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel and exposure to ERP;
- Good verbal/written communication skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Focused on process improvements;
- Attention to details;
- Focused on meeting deadlines;
- Team spirit.
