Procurement Operation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Client order processing for Hardware/Software/Maintenance or Services purchase 
• Offer assistance to the customer to obtain the best price/product offer by contacting several suppliers offering that type of products or services 
• In charge with final documents approval to start the procurement process 
• Manage order submission in internal application 
• Monitoring active cases and solve them in an efficient manner 
• Creating different reports requested by the external client or DXC management
• Create & maintain long term relations with all departments involved in the procurement process 
• Offer support both to the client and account payable department to solve billing issues 
• Prioritize tasks and manage critical situations in a timely manner

Education And Experience Required

• First level university degree or equivalent experience. 
• Typically 0-2 years work experience(preferably procurement or supply chain function).  
• Good English level. 
• Problem solving skills

• Proactive & innovative attitude
• Customer oriented 
• Ability to prioritize
• SAP is a plus Ms Office suite
